She had cuts on her wrists,
And streaks in her hair.
Cigarettes in her hand,
And some flowers in the other.
She walked with grace,
Even though her steps where heavy.
She carried herself with confidence
But her insecurities were obvious.
Her smile was undeniable,
Yet her eyes said it was a lie.
These are the girls you can’t trust.
